Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. turkey sausage
    1/2 c. Swiss or Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    9-inch deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Brown sausage; spread cheese over pie shell.
    Spread sausage on cheese.
    Beat eggs; mix with milk and pour over cheese.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
