Faith Drobish'S Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    2/3 c. honey (may be part molasses)
    1 1/2 c. milk, cooled
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. salt
    5 to 6 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; add honey, milk, oil and salt.
    Add flour; knead 15 minutes.
    Let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Punch down; shape into 2 loaves.
    Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
