Amish Roast For Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (13 qt.) bowl cubed bread (not toasted)
    15 eggs, beaten
    1 gal. chicken broth
    1 gal. chicken
    3 c. diced celery
    2 c. onions
    1 lb. butter, browned
    4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake.
    Makes enough for 30 people.
