Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mixture
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation
    Steam vegetables just until tender.
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 of the cheese and 1 cup of onions.
    Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, about 15 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with cheese and remaining onions.
    Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden, but not burnt. Serves 6.
