Jean'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. honey
    2 c. unbleached flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend oil, eggs and honey in a large mixing bowl.
    Gradually add dry ingredients and beat well.
    Add vanilla, carrots, raisins and nuts.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Bake in oiled and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with softened cream cheese, if desired.
