Melting Moments - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. unsifted powdered sugar
    1 c. margarine, softened
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornstarch and sugar in a bowl.
    Blend in margarine to form dough.
    Cover and chill until dough is firm enough to handle. Shape into small balls about 3/4-inch thick.
    Roll in coconut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.
