Lemon Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 pt. cream
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Put jello in dish.
    Put pineapple in strainer; pour boiling water over it onto jello.
    Whip cream; combine with egg white, beaten with sugar.
    After jello has hardened a bit, stir in cream and egg white mixture.
