Apricot Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 jar (12 oz.) apricot preserves, (I use Smuckers)
Preparation

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and mix well.
In separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder, gradually add to butter mixture.
Add coconut, walnuts and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
