Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks
1/3 c. olive oil or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag, add all ingredients and shake until potatoes are well coated.
Empty potatoes into shallow baking dish.
Bake, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
