Sour Cream-Chili Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained
    1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. shredded American cheese
    1 Tbsp. minced dried onions
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    In a skillet brown ground beef; drain off fat.
    Stir in drained beans, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, the 1 cup shredded cheese and onion.
    Set aside 1 cup of the corn chips; crush remaining chips coarsely.
    Stir crushed chips into meat mixture. Turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
