Buttermilk Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and cinnamon in large bowl.
    Add brown sugar and salad oil.
    Mix on medium speed with electric mixer until crumbly.
    Take out 3/4 cup of this mixture for the topping and set aside.
    To the remaining mixture, add soda, baking powder, egg and buttermilk.
    Mix until smooth.
    Spoon mixture into a buttered pan (9 x 13 x 2-inch) and sprinkle reserved topping evenly over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until tests done.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm or room temperature.
