Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 to 2 chopped garlic cloves
1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
2/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
dash of pepper
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In saucepan, add oil and garlic.
Heat until garlic browns. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix and simmer about 2 hours.
Makes enough for four (16-ounce) pizzas.
