Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes
    3 lb. onions
    2 sweet peppers
    2 hot peppers
    1/2 c. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. basil
    6 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    4 (12 oz.) or 8 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes; run through a colander.
    Chop peppers and onions; crush spices.
    Cook for 1 hour; pour into jars.
    Pressure for 10 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
    May also be frozen.
