Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 large apple
    1 c. apple orange pineapple cranberry juice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 c. granola or wheat germ
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes until partly done.
    Peel and slice lengthwise, about 1/2 inch thick, and layer in a 9-inch square baking dish.
    Core and slice apple and layer on sweet potatoes. Heat fruit juice to boil.
    Combine starch and water; cook until thickened.
    Add honey.
    Pour over apples and sweet potatoes.
    Top with wheat germ and chopped nuts.
    Dust with cinnamon.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
