Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. or more whipping cream
Preparation

Mix egg yolks, sugar, salt and vinegar.
Cook in double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and when cool, add whipped cream.
Prepared mustard may be added to this dressing using less sugar or no sugar.
It is then suitable for meat and vegetable combinations.
