Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
1/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 or 3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 1/2 to 3 c. hot water
1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation

Thoroughly coat chicken pieces with flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Dust any remaining flour over chicken pieces in pan. Brown chicken in oil in heavy skillet about 15 minutes.
Add onion.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water; add 1/2 to chicken in pan (add more as needed).
Cover and simmer over low heat 30 to 40 minutes, or until tender.
Remove to serving platter.
Add remaining bouillon and sour cream (add 1/2 cup more sour cream if desired) to pan drippings.
Stir well.
Heat, but do not boil. Pour over chicken.
