Snowy Fruit Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. pitted dried prunes
    3/4 c. whole pitted dates
    1/2 c. dried apricots
    1/2 c. blanched whole almonds
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 tsp. honey or molasses
    1 1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    In a food processor, grind prunes, dates, apricots, almonds and raisins to a coarse mixture.
    Turn out mix into bowl.
    Add orange juice and honey.
    Stir until well combined.
    Roll mix into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut.
    Store, covered, in refrigerator.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
