Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 c. celery, chopped
2 lb. zucchini, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 green peppers, chopped
Preparation

Chop and brown sausage; drain.
Add celery; cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients, except for green peppers.
Simmer 20 minutes, covered.
Add green peppers; cook 15 more minutes, covered.
Can serve over spaghetti.
