Baked Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can chicken broth
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
    4 medium carrots, cut in cubes
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 medium onion
    1 slice bread, cubed
Preparation
    Mix broth, water, tapioca, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 13 x 9 baking dish. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 2 hours.
