Orange Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted cake flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
5 medium egg yolks
rind and juice of 2 medium oranges plus water to make 3/4 c.
Preparation

Sift into mixing bowl the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Make a well and add in oil, egg yolks and rind and juice. Beat until smooth.
