No Bake Mini Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 1/2 chopped candied mixed fruits
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped dates
candied cherries
large jar cherries
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. canned applesauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Prepare cake mix.
Cool; crumble into a large bowl.
Add fruits, raisins, dates and pecans in the bowl.
Using hands, toss and mix well.
Combine applesauce and lemon juice.
Add to cake. Mix until combined. Pack into cups.
Place a cherry on top of each one.
Cover with Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
