Savory Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (mild), fried and drained
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked)
    1 pkg. Lipton noodle soup mix or 1 box Mrs. Grass
    4 tsp. dry onion (optional)
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 1/2 c. water (add chicken bouillon)
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. toasted almonds
Preparation
    Mix sausage with the rice, soup mix, dry onion and sliced celery.
    Add the water with bouillon, soy sauce and toasted almonds.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
