Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 jumbo egg yolks (keep whites)
    1/2 can milk
    1/3 c. regular milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except egg whites.
    Beat egg whites separately until stiff.
    Fold whites into mixture and pour in 9 x 13-inch glass cake dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes; check with knife to be sure it is done.
