Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
36 Ritz crackers, crumbled
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
6 Vidalia onions, sliced
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook onions in small amount of water and drain.
Melt oleo and mix with cracker crumbs.
Press in pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over crumbs.
Add onions.
Pour milk over this.
Add Parmesan cheese, then Cheddar cheese and top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
