Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon, drained and deboned
    1 egg
    15 to 20 saltine crackers (enough to hold together)
    1 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    Mix.
    Form patties.
    Cook in 1/4 cup oil or in skillet sprayed with Pam.
