Crunch-Top Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    6 large pears, sliced and cored
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 orange (rind and juice)
    1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/3 c. butter
    margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Gently mix pears with sugar, orange rind and orange juice.
    Arrange in pie shell. Combine brown sugar, flour and spices.
    Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over pears.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Partially cool and serve with whipped cream.
