Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut for frying
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 chicken bouillon cubes or use instant bouillon
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chicken; brown in margarine.
    Brown onion and pepper after removing chicken.
    Crush bouillon cubes with fork. Add to onion and pepper.
    Stir in rice.
    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 cups water.
