Salmon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    3 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayo
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    In a bowl, blend together eggs, sour cream, mayo and reserved salmon liquid.
    Stir in salmon, onion and cheese.
    Spoon filling into crust.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until firm.
