Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    grated Romano cheese
    1 lb. curly lasagna (No. 14)
    2 pt. jars lasagna sauce
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and 1/3 cup grated cheese.
    Boil lasagna in 4 quarts of salted water to which a tablespoon of oil has been added.
    (Oil keeps lasagna from sticking.)
    Cook for 15 minutes, drain and let cool.
