Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. rice, uncooked
    1 tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
    1 slice garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Stir rice and seasonings into ground meat.
    Mix well.
    Form into balls, about 1 1/2 inches.
    Heat tomato soup and water in skillet.
    Put meatballs into skillet and cover tightly.
    Simmer 50 minutes.
