Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. Nestle Quik
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour, sugar and salt together.
In a saucepan mix Nestle Quik, butter and water and bring to a boil.
Pour this into the flour and sugar mixture.
In another bowl combine eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add to mixture and mix well.
Bake in a shallow pan, greased and floured, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
