Easy Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
    20 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Simmer bouillon cubes, water, celery and onion in large pot until celery is tender, about 20 minutes.
    Add the potatoes and bag of vegetables and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
    Add the cans of soup and cheese.
    Simmer until the cheese is melted and the soup is hot.
