Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chopped meat
    2 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. minced onoin
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. milk
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 potatoes
    2 onions
Preparation
    Prepare bread crumbs and onions.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a large bowl beat eggs.
    Mix in chopped meat, crumbs and onion.
    Add horseradish, salt, mustard and milk; combine.
    Put meat loaf in a shallow pan.
    Add quartered potatoes and onions and pour tomato soup over it.
    Bake for 50 minutes.
