Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt and milk.
Line a rather small pie pan with dough.
Fill pan with mixture.
Sprinkle nutmeg over the top.
Bake in moderate oven.
Test with knife.
