Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, quartered
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients,
except potatoes, in plastic bag. Moisten
potatoes with water and shake in bag with flour mixture. Melt
margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay potatoes in pan.
Bake at
375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn potatoes after first 30 minutes.
