Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. shortening
1 c. white sugar
grated rind of 2 lemons
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients well.
When the batter is smooth, pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
