Sinful Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Place unwrapped caramels in a small saucepan with 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
    Heat slowly, stirring constantly until all candy is melted.
    Set aside to cool.
