Bbq Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Heinz barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix all
    ingredients
    together, lay brisket in foil and pour mixture over and wrap tightly.
    Store in refrigerator for 12 hours before cooking at 300\u00b0 for 5 1/2 hours.
