Game Day Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small baking potatoes
    1/4 cup bacon bits
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and cool slightly.
    Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out potato, leaving a 1/4 inch shell.
    Place potato shells on ungreased baking sheet.
    Top each half with cheese and bacon bits.
    Bake in a oven heated to 425 degrees for 5 -10 minutes until heated through.
    Serve with sour cream.
