Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1 green pepper, minced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 (8 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
