Kidney Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can kidney beans
    wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Open kidney beans and pour into a sieve or colander.
    Rinse under cold running water.
    Drain well.
    Put in a jar.
    Cover completely with wine vinegar.
    Add a garlic clove if you wish. Cover and store in fridge.
