Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 flour tortillas
    margarine
    1/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. salsa or thinly sliced tomato
    hot sauce to taste
    sour cream for garnish
Preparation
    Butter each flour tortilla.
    Spread cheese generously.
    Dot salsa or layer tomatoes.
    Cover with tortilla.
    Continue to layer until ingredients are finished.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crisp and cheese is bubbly.
    Slice into triangle wedges.
    Serve with hot sauce and sour cream scoops.
