Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can salmon
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain salmon and remove skin and bones.
    Mash fine.
    Add all ingredients and mix well.
    Place in greased casserole and bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0, about 1 hour.
