Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box large shells
3 lb. potatoes
1 lb. Longhorn cheese
1/4 lb. American cheese
6 large onions
3 sticks butter
Preparation

Peel potatoes; cube and cook.
Drain potatoes.
Cube cheese and add to potatoes.
Mix through.
Put lid on pan and let set for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Mash with hand masher.
Cook shells according to directions on box.
Drain.
Cool and stuff with potatoes and cheese mixture.
Saute sliced onions in butter. Layer shells in pan and top with butter and onions.
Slow heat to warm all ingredients.
