Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine
15 oz. bag Oreo cookies
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mash up Oreo cookies real fine and set aside.
Mix with mixer until smooth the cream cheese, sugar and margarine.
Mix together with the above mixture until thick the pudding and milk.
Fold in Cool Whip.
In a casserole dish, put a layer of pudding mixture, then a layer of cookie crumbs.
Repeat layers, ending with cookie crumbs.
