Rhubarb Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 well beaten eggs
3 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation

Blend flour, sugar and nutmeg.
Add eggs; beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb in 9-inch pie pan.
Top with pastry cut in fancy shapes.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
