1/4 c. oil
1 large onion
2 c. coarsely grated carrots
1 c. diced celery
1 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. yeast (food yeast)
1 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chicken seasoning (or bouillon)
3 eggs, beaten
onion and celery, chopped very fine
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 in a covered dish.
Bake 10 minutes uncovered.
