Hot Meat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 medium tomatoes, cut into eighths
    1 c. corn chips
Preparation
    Cook the beef and garlic in a skillet until brown.
    Add the next 4 ingredients; mix well.
    Add the remaining ingredients except chips.
    Mix.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Garnish with chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
