Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet and sour
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 Spanish onion, cut in rings
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    3/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine oil, salt and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over veggies while hot.
    Must set overnight.
    Keeps 3 to 4 weeks.
