Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
    2 c. hot water
    2 c. fruit juice (finish with cold water)
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    shredded coconut
    2 small boxes frozen strawberries, drain and reserve juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except Cool Whip and coconut.
    Chill and let set.
    Before serving, spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle with coconut.
